Shipping policy

1. Digital Services

Digital content (e.g. CAD files, STL files, renderings) is delivered electronically via email or secure download. No physical shipment occurs for purely digital packages.

2. Physical Prototypes or Small Series

If a booked package includes physical prototypes or small series, shipment is made to the customer's business address. Shipping costs within Germany are included unless otherwise stated.

For international deliveries, additional shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are borne by the customer.

Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
