Refund policy

There is no statutory right of withdrawal. Our offers and services are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Contracts are concluded solely with commercial customers acting in the exercise of their trade, business or profession. We do not conclude contracts with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting as an entrepreneur and not as a consumer.
