This system focuses on optically glazeable frames — standard ophthalmic constructions with two temples.

We typically work within Curve 4–6 constructions, production-optimized geometries and ergonomic retail-ready designs.

A Structured Development Path

  • Eyewear frame sketch used as starting point for private label eyewear design development

    Design

    You provide input — a picture of an existing frame, a hand sketch, a technical drawing, or a short description.

    We translate it into production-ready CAD with clear, structured revision rounds.

  • 3D printed SLS validation frame used to test private label eyewear design before production

    Validation

    You receive a wearable SLS validation frame, finished in our standard black.

    Test fit and presence in-store — one structured refinement round is integrated if needed.

  • SLS 3D printing process used for producing private label eyewear frames

    Production

    After validation, we move into production via our German-based network: printing, logo integration, assembly and optional packaging — ready for retail.

Predictable Timeline

  • Week 1–2: Concept alignment and CAD development
  • Week 3–4: Production of validation sample (approx. 8–10 production days + assembly + shipping)
  • Week 5: In-store testing and final adjustments (if required)
  • Week 6–8: Production release and delivery of first batch

Timeline may vary depending on iteration speed and shipping location.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional adjustments can be booked as structured add-ons — ensuring scope control and reliable planning.

International delivery

We deliver production data worldwide — or finished retail-ready frames internationally. Your private label can be built within the same structured system.
